a quick update :)

So again i am an awful blogger it has been a month since my last post. Everything has been going great. Christmas and the holiday season over all went GREAT!! Madison tore into presents and had so much fun with all of the activities and festivities that participated in. It was really cute on Christmas morning she had the biggest smile on her face when she saw all of the presents under the tree and the two that were put together and ready to play with were a big big hit.

New Years eve was also a blast and a great new experience for us as a whole family. For the first year since Jason and I have been married and very possibly together i had the night off and we were able to celebrate. We went over to our friends house, Madison's babysitters, and celebrated. Maddy had a blast and played with other kids. WE made the decision that when she started to be cranky we would lay her down in the pack n play to get some sleep but this never happened like i expected and the next thing i knew it was midnight. lol. my one year old baby made it, but mommy payed for it the next day.

onto more recent happenings. Madison is almost 15 months old and a full blown toddler. she is running and climbing everywhere :) Her vocabulary hasn't really increased much in the last few months so we are just waiting for the day she just starts talking all the time. She seems to be understanding a lot more than she is able to communicate which causes a lot of frustration and screaming on her end. We have her 15 month appointment Monday so ill update with stats then but for now here are some things she is learning.
1. she knows where a nose is but wont point to her own just other peoples
2. she still eats almost anything but not can somewhat let us know if she wants something
3. she says here you go
4. she loves loves loves her puppy
5. climbing all over everything is her favorite thing to do.
6. if I'm missing anything ill fill it in later. lol.
